I am passionate about ensuring my clients feel heard. My goal is to work together with my clients and their families to build a collaborative relationship that promotes strength and healing.
When we are struggling our brain loves to play tricks on us. My passion is to help create awareness of these brain tricks and walk this journey of personal growth with you. I want to help you replace that critical, judgmental self, the one who gets stuck in the past or future, with a more compassionate, accepting self, so you can find inner peace and learn to be fully present and engaged in your life.

Nancy Craft MS, LPCC
Helping others help themselves has been the focus of my life’s work. I have over 25 years working with a diverse population of children/teens, adults, and families. My work has supported my philosophy and practice of helping individuals learn, grow, and heal through self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-compassion. Self- discovery comes from understanding who you are and where you came from, and how cultural conditioning, relationships, and the experiences you have helped in creating patterns and beliefs in the present day. The therapy process includes empowering individuals to realize their inner wisdom, and discovering their innate potential to lead a satisfying, fulfilling life. Our bodies are designed to heal, we are capable of both facilitating healing, or creating barriers in our lives and within our relationships. My hope is that you will learn to use your voice in a kind and loving way for yourself, and in your relationships.
I use a humanistic, client-centered, relational, approach in therapy, emphasizing the core belief that people are good at heart and are capable of finding the right choices for themselves. I am trained in both EMDR and TF-CBT, evidence based practices to treat trauma. My interests and training include: anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, shame, relationship issues, parent child conflict, and attachment issues. Understanding that the mind and body are intertwined , my practice incorporates mindfulness and a holistic approach to cultivate wellness in your life.
I am currently working with teens (15-17) and adults. I am not accepting new clients at this time. For more information, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
